High-Accuracy Non Contact Infrared Temperature Sensor

The RB03 Non Contact Infrared Temperature Sensor is used for rapid, precise and consistent temperature measurement without physical contact with the target surface. It spans the range of 0°C to 1200°C and offers a standard 4-20 mA linear output, which may be used directly with PLCs, indicators, controllers, recorders and data loggers, without any further signal conditioning. The RB03 is a high performance non touch infrared temperature transmitter perfect for monitoring moving, heated or difficult to reach items in numerous sectors. It is suited for monitoring the temperature of materials such as food, paper, textiles, plastics, leather, tobacco, medicines, chemicals, rubber, coal and asphalt. The sensor is designed to give accurate and stable temperature measurements with an accuracy of +/-1.5% or +/-1.5°C whichever is greater. It has a response time of 240ms and an emissivity of 0.95 to provide fast and precise readings. This is a tiny two-wire non-touch infrared temperature transducer, easy to install and use in industrial control system.
