The T-S series represents an upgraded Generation of open-loop stepper drivers developed by Rtelligent, designed based on years of experience and expertise in stepper drive technology. Built on a new architecture and advanced control algorithms, this next-Generation driver significantly reduces low-speed motor resonance while offering enhanced resistance to electrical interference.

In addition, the T-S series supports non-inductive rotation detection, phase loss alarms, and other intelligent protection functions. It is compatible with multiple pulse command modes and features flexible DIP switch settings, providing reliable, stable, and adaptable performance for a wide range of motion control applications.

The T60S and T86S are new-generation 2 phase stepper drives from the Rtelligent T-S series, used to run closed loop stepper motors in motion control machines. The T60S suits closed loop motors below 60mm and the T86S suits motors below 86mm. The new control algorithm reduces low-speed motor resonance and improves resistance to electrical interference, and the working mode can be set to open loop or closed loop by DIP switch.

The main difference is power and motor size. The T60S accepts 18-50VDC, supplies up to 6000mA and matches closed loop motors below 60mm; it does not support AC input. The T86S accepts 28-110VDC or 20-80VAC, supplies up to 8000mA and matches closed loop motors below 86mm. Both have an 8-bit extended DIP, one alarm output, direct brake wire connection and a TTL 3.3V serial debugging port.

The T-S series supports non-inductive rotation detection, phase loss alarm and other protection functions. Pulse commands can be PUL+DIR or CW+CCW, selected by DIP switch, through independent 5V and 24V pulse input ports. Direction inversion and the instruction filter are also set by DIP, while pulse width is set in software, which makes the drive easy to connect to most PLCs and motion controllers.
