Fluido Sense is our sister company and supports the flow measurement side of the range. The electromagnetic flow meter is the Fluido Sense product; the rest of the flow range is supplied by RB Automation alongside it, so a plant can source every flow point from one place.

The choice of meter follows the fluid, not the budget. Electromagnetic meters suit conductive liquids such as water, slurry and effluent, with no pressure drop and no moving parts. Oval gear and trigear meters suit viscous liquids, oils and chemicals. Thermal sensors handle gas and compressed air.

Above the meters sit flow totalisers and universal batch controllers for dosing and filling, fuel consumption systems for tracking diesel use, and flow switches for simple no-flow protection.

Yes. Paired with a flow indicating totaliser and universal batch controller, a meter can dose a set volume repeatedly and drive a valve or pump directly, which is how most filling and chemical dosing systems are built.

Yes. The trigear chemical flow meter is built for aggressive and viscous chemicals, and electromagnetic meters can be supplied with liners and electrode materials matched to the medium. Tell us the chemical, the concentration and the temperature and we will confirm the wetted materials.

A pair of flow meters measures supply and return line flow on a diesel engine or generator, and the difference is the fuel actually burned. That makes consumption per hour or per unit produced measurable, which is where fuel loss and tuning problems show up.
