Tamil Nadu holds the densest special purpose machine and machine tool base in India, which makes it the natural market for the motion control side of our range. Tamil Nadu splits into a pump belt, an automotive corridor and a textile and process belt. The pump, motor and SPM makers in Coimbatore, Erode and Karur take stepper motors, stepper drivers, servo motors and servo drives; the automotive and electronics plants at Chennai, Sriperumbudur, Ambattur, Hosur and Ranipet take PLCs, HMIs, fieldbus stepper drives and motion controllers; and the textile, leather, steel and process units at Tiruppur, Salem, Madurai, Tiruchirappalli, Vellore and Thoothukudi take AC drives (VFD), pressure transmitters and level transmitters.

Each belt in the state buys something different. Coimbatore builds machine tools, pumps, motors and special purpose machines, and its foundries feed all of them. Chennai and Sriperumbudur run automotive and electronics assembly. Hosur is auto components and two-wheelers. Tiruppur is knitwear and garment machinery, Salem is steel, and Erode and Karur run textiles and bus body building. Stepper Motor Supplier in Tamil Nadu
