RB XSENSE is RB Automation's own instrumentation brand. The range is built around the RB21 series pressure transmitter, from general purpose and heavy duty to flush diaphragm, hygienic, anti-corrosive, high temperature up to 250 degrees C and low pressure vacuum versions.

Above them sit the RB3051S smart and RBD3051S smart differential transmitters, the RBK08 electronic pressure switch, the RB28 digital gauge and the RB21D display, and alongside them the RB01, RB02 and RB03 temperature transmitters and the RB21W hydrostatic and RBL01 magnetostrictive level transmitters.

Because the brand is ours, ranges, process connections, output signals and cable lengths can be matched to the application instead of to a catalogue page, and replacements stay available for the life of the plant.

RB XSENSE is RB Automation's own brand of process instruments. It covers the RB21 series pressure transmitters, RB3051S smart and RBD3051S differential transmitters, the RBK08 pressure switch, RB28 digital gauges, RB01, RB02 and RB03 temperature transmitters and RB21W and RBL01 level transmitters.

The RB21C1 general purpose transmitter suits clean media and normal duty. The RB21C heavy duty version suits vibration and pressure spikes, RB21F flush diaphragm suits viscous and particle-laden media, the hygienic version suits CIP and SIP lines, RB21T reads up to 250 degrees C and RB21S is for corrosive media. Send the medium, range and process connection and we will confirm the model.

Yes. RB XSENSE is our own brand, so the pressure range, process connection, output signal and cable length can be built to the application. Tell us what the instrument has to fit and measure and we will quote that configuration.

Yes. Instruments are supplied calibrated with the certificate. Tell us if you need a particular test point set or documentation format for a validated line and we will confirm it with the quote.

A transmitter such as the RB21C sends a continuous 4-20 mA or digital signal so the controller sees the actual pressure. A switch such as the RBK08 gives a contact output at a set point, which is what you want for a simple pump cut-out or alarm where the exact value does not have to be logged.

There is no fixed price list. What a RB XSENSE pressure, temperature or level transmitter costs depends on the rating, model and communication option you choose and on the order quantity, so RB Automation quotes each requirement individually.
