High-Performance Fieldbus Stepper Drive Series NT60

485 fieldbus stepper drive NT60 is based on RS-485 network to run Modbus R TU protocol. The intelligent motion control function is integrated, and with external IO control, it can complete functions such as fixed position/ fixed speed/multi- position/auto-homing.

NT60 matches open loop or closed loop stepper motors below 60mm.

The NT60 is a fieldbus stepper drive that runs the Modbus RTU protocol on an RS-485 network and has integrated motion control. The NT60 slave ID is set with DIP switches SW1 to SW5 using ID = sw1 + sw2×2 + sw3×4 + sw4×8 + sw5×16, where on equals 0 and off equals 1. SW6 and SW7 select 9600, 19200, 38400 or 115200 baud, which must match the master station. Power off and restart the drive after changing the switches so the new setting takes effect.

The NT60 suits single-axis electric cylinders, assembly lines and multi-axis positioning platforms where a PLC or HMI sends commands over RS-485 Modbus RTU. Its fixed length, fixed speed, homing, multi-speed and multi-position modes reduce motion programming in the PLC. Parameters are adjusted with RTConfigurator software through the multiplexed RS-485 interface.
