The Rtelligent T60Plus is a pulse-controlled 2-phase closed loop stepper drive for closed-loop stepper motors with Z signal below 60 mm. It is used on auto-screwdriving, dispensing, wire-stripping and labeling machines.

The T60Plus V3.0 accepts three pulse command types: pulse and direction (PUL + DIR), double pulse (CW + CCW) and A/B orthogonal (quadrature) pulse. The signal level is 5 V or 24 V, a 2 MHz digital signal filter is built in, and control precision is 4000 pulses per revolution, which gives flexibility when connecting to different PLCs and motion controllers.

The T60Plus runs at a conventional 1200-1500 rpm and up to 4000 rpm, using a servo vector control algorithm for current control. It automatically calculates the resonance point to suppress mid-frequency vibration, and motor PID characteristics can be adjusted in the debugging software. Micro-stepping is set with 15 DIP-switch options or in software, and alarms cover overcurrent, overvoltage and position error.
