The R60 digital 2-phase stepper drive is based on 32-bit DSP platform,with built-in micro-stepping technology & auto tuning of parameters. The drive features low noise, low vibration, low heating and high-speed high torque output.

  • Signal Level: 3.3—24V compatible; series resistance not necessary for the application of PLC.
  • Power Voltage: 18-50V DC supply; 36 or 48V recommended.

The R60 works on an 18-50V DC supply, and 36V or 48V DC is recommended. Its control inputs are 3.3-24V compatible, so PUL and DIR signals from a PLC can be connected without a series resistor. Choose a DC power supply with enough current capacity for the motor current you set on the drive.

Yes. SW1 to SW3 select eight current levels from 1.4A peak (1.0A average) to 5.6A peak (4.0A average), and other currents can be customised. SW5 to SW8 set the resolution from 200 to 25600 steps per revolution, including 1000, 4000, 10000 and 20000 options, and other subdivisions can also be customised on request.
