Rotary Liquid Filling Machine

Fills bottles and vials on a rotating turret. Servo or stepper axes drive the dosing pumps, a flow sensor measures each fill, and sensors confirm a container is in place before the nozzle opens.

Linear Liquid Filling Machine

Fills a row of containers under a line of nozzles. The PLC indexes the conveyor while servo or stepper axes move the nozzles and pumps.

Powder Filling Machine

Doses powder into vials and containers with an auger. A servo motor turns the auger by a set angle for each dose.

Sticker Labeling Machine

Applies self-adhesive labels to bottles and cartons. A label gap sensor stops each label, and a servo or stepper motor feeds the label web in step with the conveyor.

Bottle Sealing Machine

Seals bottle necks with heat. A temperature sensor holds the sealing temperature while an AC drive runs the conveyor.

Capping Machine

Places and tightens caps on filled bottles. An AC drive sets the conveyor and chuck speed, and the PLC runs the capping sequence.

Vial Inspection Machine

Checks filled vials for particles, fill level and defects. Photoelectric and fiber optic sensors trigger each inspection station and the reject gate.

Vision Based Sorting Machine

Sorts tablets, capsules and packs with a camera system. Sensors trigger the camera and the reject gates while the PLC tracks each item on the conveyor.

Autoclave Sterilizer

Schneider Modicon suits plants already standardised on Schneider, and the Rtelligent RX3U, RX8U and RM500 series suit machine builders who want pulse or EtherCAT motion in the same controller. The PLC and HMI run and display the cycle on one machine. SCADA is what you add when several machines have to be seen together, or when the cycle has to be recorded and reviewed later, which is why sterilizers and plant monitoring systems use it.
